DELIVERY

  • When & where do you deliver?
  • We deliver online orders Monday-Saturday. We offer FREE next-day delivery to Chicago & Evanston addresses for all orders placed before 8 PM. 
  • Delivery zones do not apply for weddings & events - we'll go anywhere.
  • What if no one is home to accept a delivery?
  • We typically deliver during business hours before 5pm. You might want to deliver to an office instead of a home.
  • If the recipient isn’t around to accept the flowers,  we’ll leave the flowers in a safe spot like a doorway or with a neighbor. 
  • If you need to change any of the delivery details, please email us at hello@hedoniaflowers.com or text us at (773)-482-3177 to update your order.
  • How do I know my flowers have been delivered?
  • You'll receive a confirmation text or email!

ORDERING

  • Will my bouquet look like the picture?
  • Mono (one flower) bouquet pictures represent your exact bouquet. We change these arrangements seasonally to reflect the best flowers, with a couple favorites always on tap. The only difference is you might get a slightly different shade of pink, for example, or a different greenery for the accent.
  • Best of the Market bouquet pictures are representative of the general style and color palette of your bouquet. We design these to be one-of-a-kind with the freshest flowers available. Trust us, its better that way.
  • Do you accept custom orders?
  • Yes, we aim to please! You can order a custom arrangement by emailing hello@hedoniaflowers.com. Please keep in mind we are not able to promise certain flowers if they’re not up to our quality standards. We work with your requests to get you the best flowers available on that day!
  • Where do your flowers come from?
  • We’re strong believers in shopping local, but unfortunately the winters in Chicago aren’t great for growing flowers year round. So, we work with a number of local, national, and international farms to get you the most delicious blooms out there. You should see what comes in from Holland!

Our guarantee

  • We want you to be THRILLED with your flowers. Sending an email to hello@hedoniaflowers.com is the easiest way for us to help resolve any issue you might have. Including a picture of your bouquet/plant is a big help. We'll get right back to you with ideas to make it better! 
  • We use a variety of flowers, not just the heartiest ones you see in grocery stores. So, we will replace any flowers dead within 3 days provided proper care has been taken. Like, the stems are in water and not in a freezing/sweltering environment. 
  • Plants are guaranteed for one month from delivery. Please obey the care instruction cards, avoid any heaters and cold drafts, and don't overwater the poor fellows. When in doubt, start with a little bit once a week and only add more when the soil feels dry. Soggy roots are the #1 killer of houseplants! If you've tried your darnest and the plant still dies, we can recommend a plant better suited to your environment.

  • I just got engaged. What’s next?
  • Congratulations!!!! We’re so excited for you. Typically, we work with brides who have their venue, date, and approximate color scheme & style worked out. Putting together a Pinterest page of flowers or decor you like is a good way for us to mind-meld about your vision. When you’re ready to chat,  drop us a line and we’ll set up a time to talk.
  • How much do your flowers cost?
  • Don’t you hate how many hoops you have to jump through to get real numbers from vendors? Our pricing varies a little with what you’re looking for, but our pricing below should give you a place to start. We don't believe in hidden fees, and are proud to offer a 10% discount to any current grad students.  Price transparency for the win!

  • I plan a lot of events and would like to make my life easier. What can you do to help?
  • We can create a custom menu of arrangements for you to select from or for you to show your clients. We offer easy online invoicing, a broad range of design styles, and excellent customer service.  

GENERAL

  • Can I come shop in person? What are your hours?
  • To provide you with the best flowers at the lowest price, we don't have a retail space. We do love hosting visitors in our studio for wedding & event consultations as well as for scheduled pick-ups.
