Abbie & Jordan’s Whimsical Airy Wedding

Love is like a butterfly, as soft and gentle as a sigh.

Some brides come to us with a vision and Abbie was definitely one of those brides! Wanting to add a little whimsical garden flare to The Fairlie’s industrial chicness, we focused on creating two dreamy, full and airy knock your socks off focal pieces!

First, we wove fresh cut smilax greenery throughout the venue’s iconic staircase. Then we added lush railing installations of spray painted babies breath and creamy roses for a classic romantic feel. Finished with a collection of twinkling pillar candles at the base of the staircase to frame the happy couple as they walked into their wedding.

Abbie and Jordan knew they wanted a chuppah, but were looking for something a little extra than your standard 8X8 frame…so we built a 10x10 birch chuppah from scratch in our studio!

Every corner of the custom frame was covered in sprawling greenery and filled with full bloomed pink and purple flowers with pops of blue delphinium to highlight the bridesmaid dresses and finished with spray painted babies breath to tie the ceremony in with the staircase. The end result was a true showstopper, straight out of a fairytale!

Showstoppers aside, we all know that what really elevates a wedding is those tiny details that tie everything together. Our particular favorite details were the delicate butterflies on the cake and, of course, the tuktuk flowers!

Thank you to Abbie and Jordan for trusting us with your vision!
