Getting started:

Before reaching out, please have your venue and date secured so we can ensure we’ll be available for your wedding.

We also ask that you spend some time thinking about the overall look and feel of your wedding. We’ll discuss your color palette, style, and any ideas you have for individual items or details of your floral. You don’t need to have everything worked out to begin the conversation, but we can help you best if you already have an understanding of your own likes and dislikes. Pinterest is a great source for discovery and inspiration.

Consultations:

After you reach out to our team, we’ll schedule a 30 minute meeting to connect and learn more about your wedding. These usually occur over the phone, or you can come into the studio to chat in person. We’ll ask questions about the flow of the day, your expected numbers of wedding party and guests, and any ideas that you have for your floral and decor.

A beautiful proposal will follow.

Bookings:

We require a signed contract and a 50% retainer to hold your date.

Even at that point, it’s more of a commitment to work together than a set order list. It’s totally normal that you’ll have changes as you go through the planning process.

Final details:

About 6 weeks before the big day, your wedding will become our full focus. We’ll set up a time for a final meeting, preferably in person so we can review a floral sample and discuss options for vases, candles, and the like. We’ll also go over your logistics and delivery details to make sure our team is fully prepared.

About 4 weeks before your wedding, we’ll confirm your final table numbers and quantities. We’re also talking to the rest of your vendor team, especially your planner, day of coordinator, and venue manager.

Your last change date to finalize your order is 3 weeks before your wedding. Your final payment is due 2 weeks before your wedding.

And on the big day? We’re there with everything we need to make our magic. We build a world of beauty for the quiet anticipation of your ceremony, and joyful celebration of your reception. Everything is taken care of so you are free to truly be present for every meaningful moment.
