Alyssa and Phil wanted wedding flowers that reflected them, two stylish individuals with classic taste and a modern touch. Their florals may have been the traditional white and green, but the texture, diversity of floral and shape gave them a contemporary feel.

Alyssa’s bouquet was floral focused with minimal greenery and a large variety of delicate flowers like sweet pea, butterfly ranunculus and orlaya. While Phil’s boutonniere featured a lush white ranunculus with just a touch of babies breath to match her bouquet.

Their ceremony decor was a modern take on classic altar arrangements. The ceremony was flanked by a trio of pedestals on each side featuring a large collection of lucid pillar candles and ribbed votives creating a classic, warm glow. The real showstoppers of the ceremony were the two lush arrangements in ceramic white vases designed in an organic swooping style full of similar flowers from Alyssa’s bouquet, dogwood branches and wispy fern.

We kept the tablescapes simple with two clean designs. One, a candle forward design flanking the ceremony centerpieces. Two, a crisp line of highball budvases on gauzy runners finished with modern ribbed votives.

For the sweetheart table we repurposed the bridesmaid bouquets in front of the table with a large collection of twinkling pillar candles and finished the look with a trio taper candles, ribbed votives and a vase of fresh water for Alyssa’s beautiful bouquet.
